Enza Patruno

When Enza is not travelling around the world to follow the fashion weeks, her office is a cult place for the agency's fashion victims looking for ideas and tip-offs about next season trends. It is a cult place for the curious as well, who would like to attend the castings of the most breath-taking models. Show director, producer and event manager, Enza is considered unique in the fashion world and in the show business: after more than 25 years of experience and national and international partnerships, today she leads the Events division. What makes the events organized by Enza's staff unique is her scrupulous care for every detail and genre contamination: an artistic approach to a highly specialized profession, the mastery of mixing together fashion, theater, dance and cinema in spectacular artistic performances for many brands.

Martina Liverani

Dividing her time among her clients in Milan, Faenza and Rome, she has thought up to split herself into a wireless existence that allows her to live a parallel life on social networks and members-only web communities. Any dimension she happens to be in (be it real or virtual), she has always managed to establish profitable and strategic relations. Since 2008, she has presided over the Business Unit devoted to Press Agency and Public Relations activities and, together with her staff, she has created complex strategies to increase visibility and popularity and to build her clients' reputation. Among the many news she wrote and spread over the years, there is one which is kept ready, waiting for the right moment: the one about the Nobel Prize for MPR creativity.

Lorenzo Cecchinelli

You recognize a creative because, through his synapses, he creates synergies between the worlds inside of him and he is able to lighten a road with impressive communicative effectiveness. So, if we see things simply as they are, Lorenzo sees them for what they can become. Like when, in 1995, he left Milan and its big multinational agencies to move to Faenza and follow Roberto Rondinelli's visionary project: the creation of a very big advertising agency in Romagna. Having been in MPR for 15 years, he has become its creative soul and put his signature on its most important campaigns. He says that in the eco-sustainable environment of the provinces his mind can wander – free and productive – in wonderful worlds. In his desk drawer: piano sheet music, play scripts, an unpublished poetry book, pictures of exotic travels and rave parties, a degree certificate in Modern Literature and one in Communication Studies.

Valeria Bellini

A former controller with ability to organize and precision that invest her Mediterranean look with a Swiss touch. Roberto Rondinelli entrusted her – his right arm for more than 18 years – with the managerial post of the Media&Web Strategy Business Unit, the most strategic one within our agency. Valeria passed on to her team her passion for curiosity and research and encourages it to always ask for the most convenient price for the client and to daily monitor national and international media. We are sure that her days last at least 48 hours because it would otherwise be impossible to explain how she manages to be so perfectly multitasking: manager, vice-president, wife and mother. Always impeccable, no matter what, she confronts the media jungle with 4-inch-high-heels.

Roberta Centolani

There is no better way of describing Roberta than a blend of organization, devotion and eclecticism. For her clients she is much more than an account: advisor and strategist, she has an endless competence in integrated communication and a ruthless determination for achieving her clients' goals. But most of all she is precious because of her fine ability to keep learning (still, after 15 years in our Agency) from her clients, with whom she is always synchronized in a constant and mutual exchange of ideas and perceptions. This is why Roberta's clients know they can mirror themselves in her green eyes and recognize themselves in her projects and way of working.

Roberto Rondinelli

Founder and president of MPR Integrated Communication Agency

The best portrait of Roberto Rondinelli is MPR. Each partner, each project, each challenge talk about him: the strategists' visionary approach, the curiosity of the creatives, the business trainers' motivational ability, the accounts' social intelligence and the passion of a group of experts in love with advertisement, who do their best everyday to realize extraordinary things.

MPR is the wish come true of a brave boy, the success of an enlightened entrepreneur, the work in progress of a man who knows how to get excited, and still wants to, and who did not give up dreaming and letting others dream.

Sara Spignoli

Sara's tenacity does not stop before anything that has to do with production. Having worked in MPR for 16 years, she leads the Business Unit acting as a bridge between the world of ideas and their being put into practice. “Eppur si produce!” (“And yet we produce!”) is one of her famous sentences, coming out of her 10-year experience in the production of paper, video, fabric, PMMA and glass materials and whatever else the most extreme creativity of our Art Directors may come up with. If you show her an object, her mind starts wondering about: how it was done, how much it cost to make and transport it and what wholesaler would have done it better and for the lowest price. She calls it déformation professionnelle, but it is actually her ability to take a different look on a product. For Sara everything is, first of all, the extraordinary result of materials, people and time that have to converge.

Chiara Santero

Is that a chance that Roberto Rondinelli chose a young Genoese girl to be destined for the Media division? We'll never know. For sure, Chiara does not escape the traditional obsessive attention to correct and effective budget distribution, which is typical of the inhabitants of Liguria. Her job is one of high strategy, arithmetic, analysis and constant updating. This justifies the fact that her desk / newspaper library is submerged by statistic data, volumes and a lot, a whole lot, of paper. Negotiations, materials “deal” and elaboration of the most effective strategies for the clients are what takes most of her time. She has a vibrant passion for tourism and travels: the Regions of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna and the Republic of San Marino are always on top of her mind.

Simona Placci

Supermarket. You are running along the shelves. You grab the first product that happens to be in your way, but you eye a package more attracting than the others... That's it, that is a part of her! Sunday afternoon. It is raining outside. You distractedly flip over the pages of a newspaper and you feel like buying a domestic appliance. That's it, that's her! You are in the car. You spot a billboard with boops and booty that caused a multiple pile-up. Ok, that is not her. Communication is no joke and for Simona being an Art Director means taking care of the look, playing with colors, visualizing a concept and a word. And not only that. Being an Art Director means being part of a team, doing constant research, knowing your own client and his product even more. Communication means dealing with the client's budget (be it high or low) like it were your own! Born in Faenza in the not-so-long-gone 1981, Simona has passionately worked in MPR since 2003.

Gian Luca Barlotti

Taking advantage of his solid experience in trade, Gian Luca is one half of the Business Trainers professional couple. With the conviction that motivation and fun must be applied to everyday working life to achieve important goals in business growth, together with Ugo he makes forceful interventions that radically change the professional habits of those who, within a company, hold a front-office post. Besides having driven for a sufficient amount of miles to compile an encyclopaedia on the best hotels and restaurants in Italy, today Gian Luca can guarantee measurable results of sales increase, he can work out programs for professional growth aimed at any business sector and he can develop targeted programs to manage major strategic changes inside a company.

Ugo D’Alberto

Ugo arrived in MPR from the Capital City of Rome in 1998, fresh from an important experience in a big multinational reality. With his upright and managerial character and his remarkable talent for team-building, he works on the Business Training division start-up, reinventing the way of guaranteeing measurable results to companies: he deals with the last link in the chain, the most delicate, where the contact with the customer is located. The encounter with the neuro-linguistic programming convinced him to put into action motivational programs applied to business and, in 5 years of training activities, he has transformed more than 1000 administration employees into brilliant sales assistants by means of self-assurance and fun. Together with Gian Luca, everyday he trains front-office workers in the whole of Italy to take on the responsibility of what customers feel from an emotional perspective and to understand from them the best opportunities with regard to their needs. Don't call him Trainer for heaven's sake!

Rita Gaddoni

When she was still very young, Rita moved her first steps as copywriter in MPR, where she has learnt that words must be respected, cuddled, carefully chosen, made up and broken down with love, style and creativity. Her job demands precision, but it also wants her to let herself go in a continuous and enthusing game of accelerating and braking, spinning and waiting. And she, light and delicate, moves within this world made of letters, images and words. That is just what she likes, and where she belongs.

Valentina Tamburini

Devoted to fashion more than anything else, in the Events Business Unit she exalts her passion with brands for clothing, hairstyle and accessories. Fresh ideas, original projects and genre contamination represent Valentina's daily job. Using her genius and instinct, she experiments, investigates and invents with devotion. For her every occasion is right to fly abroad, hunting for new ideas, locations, trends, talents and to do some shopping. She is Enza Patruno's favourite and she has worked with her since 2008.

Manes Castagnari

We are pretty sure that Manes was downloaded by his parents in the year when Steve Jobs presented his Apple Macintosh to the world and when George Orwell set his Big Brother. After all, his baby-cries were “Uh-web's!” that anticipated what his future would have been like. He was installed in MPR when he was only 23 and Roberto Rondinelli entrusted him the Web Strategy direction. Manes and his fellow workers deal with Searching Engine Marketing, Display Advertising, Media Google and Social Network Marketing planning on world strategies both for single products and brand awareness projects and maximising investments on the web. His division has grown exponentially and registered yearly increases even higher than 250%. Manes did not not get big-headed, though, not even when a client asked him to interrupt a web campaign due to contact overdose. When he is not about his computer keyboard, he plays in a band and looks for his soul mate: a blonde and sweet avatar...

Mattia Skuly

Reliable, curious and precise, for Mattia being an account means satisfying his clients' needs and always trying to offer them more than they expect. But above all, it means being part of important projects, successful ideas and dealing with the client in a more and more stimulating way. When precision and pragmatism yield to his bohemian and romantic side, he can be a real passionario longing for love: for advertisement.

Filippo Caroli

The best way to describe Filippo is borrowing his i-Pod: his endless music culture; a fine and exceptional taste in the search of what is new, beautiful; the ability to select, mix and explore represent his style, his creativity. When there is the highest clearness of thought and a heightened and daring sensitivity, words do not count. "Finding new points of view means making each of our thoughts and each of our moments creative."

Robert Bentley Harrison

He is the most exotic of the agency: born in South Africa, art director, web designer and photographer, he begins his experience in Cape Town, then he moves to London and he eventually lands in Italy for love. A passionate traveller and fine reporter, he has such a collection of images, experiences, cultures and impressions that he cannot help transferring them into his works and thoughts. His creativity is fusion, the product of his insatiable curiosity, his will to open up to the new and his designer's eye, which lets any object it rests upon become beautiful.

Laura Mondini

Wondering at the world everyday, learning and discovering, shaping, creating and solving. This is Laura's daily job. In MPR Production, she deals with purchase and research. In practice, Laura goes shopping, looking for the best products to give life to the creativity of the agency. Not everyone knows that her true passion/obsession is for bizarre gadgets: bizarre, but simple, memorable, but spontaneous, pleasing, but original. Just like she is!

Barbara Thermes

"Graphics is a science as much as an art: empty and filled space, knowing or genial use of space." This is Barbara's thought, who pours into her works an unrepeatable and absolute elegance. Her passion and solid experience in scenography, drawing and interior decoration allow her to take a different look on space and objects. In her works, harmony and the search for balance are placed above anything else.

Mirella Cignani

If you pass her by and she does not take the slightest notice, it means that Mirella is taking care of numbers. Her much beloved numbers that "never betray you". When she is not absorbed in bookkeeping, Mirella is on the road: on a permanent Erasmus program together with her cosmopolitan daughters or in the meanders of the Roman catacombs with her husband, who is keen on ancient history. Versatile, no doubt about it...

Chiara Montaguti

Devoted to what is beautiful and to nature, she grew up with the conviction that in life she would have made her dreams come true through tenacity and sweetness. Behind her radiant smile and her controlled behavior there are organization, smartness, and eagerness to contribute to her clients' achievements. If you ask her how come she chose to work in an integrated communication agency, she will answer: because communication is, first of all, aesthetics. And everyday she delivers to her clients the beauty of communication, in its each and every aspect.
