Introduction
The following general contract conditions concern the usage of the site http://www.mpronline.it and apply to possible additional services provided by (from now on called) the Property, for which no other explicit general conditions are specified after the user's registration or after services are provided for the first time.
These general conditions are subject to dispositions applicable following the regulations of (Italian Government) Decree 185/1999, concerning consumers' protection on distance contracts, bearing in mind that the Service is for free. In particular, Users have a right to withdrawal according to times and conditions as they are prescribed by current legislation.
The contents of this site (http://www.2mlab.com) were created and are kept under surveillance with the utmost care. The Property will not be held responsible for any malfunctioning or direct or indirect damage that may be caused by their usage.
Prohibition of selling or commercial use of the Service
The right of the User to make use of the Service is personal and not transferable.
It is strictly forbidden to sell or make any other commercial use of the Service without a written permission by the Property.
Limitation of liability
The User acknowledges that the use of the Service is at his/her own risk. The Service is provided as it is displayed and as it is made available. The Property do not offer any guarantee of Service corresponding to what the User requests or of its interruption, convenience, safety or of the presence of errors or mistakes. Furthermore, no guarantee is given concerning the expected, wished or obtained results by means of the Service use.
User's liability
The User acknowledges that he/she only is responsible for any information, message, text, software, data, sound, music, photograph, graphics, video or any other content transferred, divulged, exchanged or been made available by him/her by means of the Service. Furthermore, he/she is committed to indemnify and hold harmless the Property from any claim and/or demands by a third party deriving from his/her own Contributions.
Information and data
The Property is not obliged to undertake any control activity on the lawfulness, truth, reliability, accuracy, undeceptiveness, non-offensiveness of the Users' Contribution, specifically, though not exclusively, concerning the Users' Contribution to the Service. At all events and at his discretion, the Property reserves the right of rejecting and/or deleting any Contribution considered as inappropriate for transmission, divulgation, exchange or provision through the Service.
Liability
The Property declines any liability for damage, claims or direct or indirect losses caused to the User or to a third party by means of the transmission, divulgation, exchange or availability of Contributions through the Service provided.
The User acknowledges the full understanding and acceptation of all of the contract terms and conditions and, according to (Italian Government) Art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, declares he/she carefully read and approved specifically all of the above-mentioned clauses.
